左主干病变患者易发生猝死,其治疗一般首选冠状动脉旁路移植术(ABG),而冠状动脉介入术(PCI)为相对禁忌证,尤其是左主干病变所放的急性心肌梗死(AMI)的PCI治疗,目前国内医院较少开展.现将我科对无保护左主干病变的PCI治疗的研究结果报告如下.
