Abstract
嗜酸性腹膜炎(eosinophilic peritonitis,EP)是腹膜透析的并发症之一[1].腹膜透析流出液中嗜酸细胞增多可见于两种情况:EP及腹腔嗜酸粒细胞增多症(peritoneal eosinophilia,PE),两者的区别在于伴或不伴临床腹膜炎表现(腹膜透析流出液浑浊及腹痛等)[2-3].
