1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料我科自2000-04～2002-10共行长期Permcath双腔导管留置术10例,其中男性5例,女性5例,平均年龄(61±13)岁,原发病包括慢性肾小球肾炎5例,糖尿病肾病2例,高血压肾病3例,均因多次内瘘术后长期使用并发阻塞及因血管条件极差,无法建立内瘘,此期间共完成血液透析745例次.
