Abstract
粪菌移植(FMT)是将健康人粪便中的功能菌群通过一定方式移植至患者肠道内,从而调节紊乱的肠道菌群,重建肠道微生态系统.除应用于复发性难辨梭菌感染外,FMT对其他菌群失调相关疾病的作用尚不明确且有争议.本文就《Alimentary Pharmacology and Therapeutics》杂志2017年发表的欧洲《粪菌移植临床应用和操作共识报告》作一简介,以期为FMT在我国能更好地服务于临床提供参考.
