胆管细胞癌局部治疗的研究现况及进展

Abstract
胆管细胞癌(cholangiocarcinoma, CCA)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率仍处于上升趋势. 目前对部分CCA患者局部病灶行R0外科切除术,依旧是可能根治的惟一方案.而对于出现转移的CCA患者来说,系统化疗及支持治疗的抗肿瘤效果不理想,对于生存时间改善有限,而且还伴有较为明显的毒副作用.因此,应该探索更多的局部治疗手段应用于CCA患者的临床治疗,并使之获益.
