Abstract
幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)是消化性溃疡、胃炎、胃癌等疾病的主要致病因子.随着检测手段的发展,H.pylori感染或根除所伴随的微生态改变及两者在胃内疾病中的相互作用逐渐引起大家的重视,但结论尚不明确.本文就H.pylori与胃肠微生态的相互影响及其在具体胃内疾病中的相互作用及机制作一概述.
