Abstract
冠状动脉内膜在特定情况下可能出现自发性撕裂,形成夹层,引起急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS),虽然发生率低,但可能造成猝死,需要根据具体情况个体化治疗.
1 病例资料
女性患者,57岁,因突发胸痛14 h,在当地医院就诊,心电图提示急性下壁心肌梗死,行保守治疗7天后转入我院.既往无明确高血压、糖尿病病史,无高脂血症病史,无结缔组织病史,无吸烟饮酒史.
