Abstract
多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma,M M )易致肾损害,发生率达40 ％,多达10 ％～20 ％的患者需要透析[1];其游离轻链(free light chain,FLC)的沉积及其与 T-H蛋白形成管型阻塞肾小管是该疾病主要原因[2-3].研究表明在有效化疗基础上结合体外血液净化方式有助于改善MM患者肾损害,2016年国际骨髓瘤工作组推荐应用高截量透析,若有禁忌可应用血浆置换[4].
