Abstract
急性肾损伤(AKI)是一组极具危害的临床综合征,表现为肾功能快速下降,伴高发病率、高致死率.氧化应激反应被大量研究证实是各种因素下促进AKI发生发展的共同通路,而核因子E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)介导大量涉及氧化还原反应的基因表达,其活化是细胞的主要防御机制之一.本文将近年关于Nrf2-Keap1信号通路在AKI中的研究进展做一总结,并且对Nrf2激活剂在临床应用中的研究现状展开讨论,以期为AKI的防治提供依据.
