Abstract
目的:探讨外科治疗肺结核的重要性及手术适应证.方法:对670例患者进行不同术式肺切除术和(或)胸廓成形术,并进行抗痨抗炎和支持治疗.结果:663例Ⅰ期手术治愈,2例术后因呼吸衰竭死亡,5例为支气管胸膜瘘,其中4例经纤维支气管镜采用纤维蛋白胶粘堵瘘口愈合,1例经Ⅱ期手术带蒂肌肉覆盖支气管残端治愈.结论:外科手术是经内科6个月以上治疗无效的重要方法.
