Abstract
冠状病毒属单股正链RNA病毒,其中严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus,SARS-CoV)和中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(Middle East respiratory syndromecoronavirus,MERS-CoV)属于人类高致病性冠状病毒….其传染性强,病死率高,感染后的临床表现通常为发热、咳嗽、呼吸衰竭等呼吸系统症状[2].但对于SARS-CoV和MERS-CoV的感染尚且缺乏特效治疗药物,主要采取对症支持治疗,因而严重威胁了人类的生命安全[3].
