胰腺疾病的发病率正在逐年增加,治疗以控制症状为主,但恢复胰腺细胞功能的研究进展缓慢.骨髓间质干细胞(BMSCs)是存在于骨髓中的具有高度自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的干细胞群,具有特殊的生物学特性和肿瘤趋向性.它在治疗胰腺疾病和糖尿病方面的体内外研究成果显著,为干细胞治疗应用于胰腺疾病和糖尿病的临床治疗奠定了理论和实践基础,为此本文综述了BMSCs在此方面的研究进展.
