Abstract
血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura,TTP)是一种少见疾病.虽然该病的发病率相对较低,年发病率为4/106,但有增加趋势[1].多数患者起病急骤,病情凶险,病死率极高,可达90％以上[2].以神经系统症状为首发者,容易被误诊为脑血管病等而延误治疗.通过分析和探讨大连医科大学附属第一医院收治的1例TTP患者的神经系统临床特点,以提高对该病的认识,利于早期诊断和正确治疗.
