Abstract
针对师资力量薄弱问题,发挥老教员帮带作用,提高医学院校教师授课能力,尽快成为教研室主力军是我教研室亟待解决的问题.熟悉医学院校教师在承担理论授课初期所表现出的主要问题,结合授课能力培训的主要方法以及实践中总结出来的经验,有规划地从助教培养和讲师培养两个阶段提高授课能力.通过培训后授课案例展示,教师授课能力得到极大提高,老教员成功完成理论授课交接.
