Abstract
患者,男性,28岁,农民.因厌油、乏力4年收住院.患者4年来无诱因出现厌油、乏力,但从无腹痛、纳差、发热、黄疸、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻等症状.在当地医院做B超提示胆囊肿大、胆囊炎.经抗炎及服中药治疗无好转.长期以来诊断不明而转入我院.既往否认肝炎病史,无疫水接触史,无烟酒嗜好.家族中无与该患者类似疾病.
