Abstract
结核病是由结核分枝杆菌(MTB)引起的慢性感染性疾病,严重威胁人类健康.以肺结核(pulmonary tuberculosis,PTB)最常见,占80％～90％;血行播散性肺结核可并发肺外结核,肺外结核(extrapulmonary tuberculosis,EPTB)侵犯主要部位是腹部、盆脏脏器,占11％～12％,发达国家肺外结核的报道占文献27％～49％[1-4].
