Abstract
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症及主要死因之一.2017年中国糖尿病患病率为10. 9％ [1] ,糖尿病肾病的患病率在20％ ～30％.在糖尿病肾病早期进行积极干预,对于延缓病情进展,保护肾功能有着重要意义.临床上根据糖尿病肾病不同的症状,在中医范畴相当于"消渴"、"水肿"、"关格"等病,现亦称之为"消渴肾病"[2].
