Abstract
糖尿病是导致终末期肾脏病的主要病因. 在西方国家,糖尿病肾病是终末期肾脏疾病的首位病因[1] ,在我国列为第二[2]. 糖尿病患者进入终末期肾脏病的治疗方法包括肾移植、腹膜透析和血液透析. 由于肾源、经济、患者年龄及身体状况、胰肾联合移植的手术方式等原因,目前选择肾移植的比例相对较低,透析疗法仍是治疗糖尿病终末期肾脏疾病的主要方法.
