支气管热成形术治疗成人重度未控制哮喘的研究进展

Abstract
支气管热成形术(bronchial thermoplasty,BT)是一种新的支气管镜下治疗方法,针对最大限度使用吸入皮质类固醇和长效β2受体激动剂治疗后仍出现哮喘症状的严重难治性哮喘患者.BT通过控制的低能量对气道平滑肌进行射频消融,减少气道平滑肌的数量,减轻气道的收缩能力,从而可以缓解哮喘症状.BT提高生活质量,减少严重的急性加重频率,治疗后有效性至少持续5年,5年随访结果未发现长期并发症,且肺功能维持稳定,具有良好的安全性.今后研究要更多关注BT对哮喘病理生理的作用机制,以及严重哮喘的哪个亚型更适合这种治疗.
