薄壁囊腔为影像学特点的继发性淋巴细胞性间质性肺炎2例并文献复习

Abstract
目的 通过分析继发性淋巴细胞性间质性肺炎(lymphoid interstitial pneumonia,LIP)的临床、影像、病理特征,探讨LIP的发病机制,诊断和治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析我院确诊的2例LIP患者的临床特点、胸部CT、病理资料,并文献复习加以总结.结果 2例患者均为干燥综合征继发淋巴细胞性间质性肺炎;LIP起病缓慢,主要表现为进行性胸闷、呼吸困难;胸部CT均为双肺弥漫性分布的薄壁囊腔,伴有结节影;病理表现为淋巴细胞弥漫浸润肺间质;对糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂反映良好.结论 LIP影像、病理具有特征性,糖皮质激素治疗效果好.
