Abstract
提要:急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征是因不稳定斑块病变的破裂或溃疡造成冠脉血流异常,进而引起心肌缺血.常规的冠脉造影多不能准确评估局部斑块的易损性,借助血管内超声评估粥样斑块的成分及定量分析,能明确病变的性质及其未来发展倾向,从而指导临床药物、介入治疗.
