Abstract
老年失眠症是指特发于老年期的原发性失眠,是困扰老年人的常见病症,长期的失眠严重影响了老年人的生活质量,加重和诱发老年人的躯体疾病,并常伴有情绪、心理的改变[1]. 美国有研究表明,12%~15%健康老年人主诉有慢性失眠,痴呆病人的睡眠障碍则更为严重,老年失眠病人患痴呆的概率会增加[2].
