小青龙汤出自《伤寒论》,历代医家对其见解各异,通过对小青龙汤证经典条文的回顾以及历代医家对其注释,对小青龙汤证的病因病机及小青龙汤方的药物组成进一步了解,总结出外寒内饮为本证的关键病机,李仝教授通过观察患者病证表现,准确辨证,将小青龙汤灵活应用于癌性发热中,以外散风寒,内化水饮为法,临证加减,疗效显著.
