Abstract
冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)是最常见的心血管疾病之一,除传统冠心病风险因素的管理外,持续评估其他因素及并发症可能为冠心病诊治做出贡献.本文就睡眠呼吸障碍(sleep-disordered breathing,SDB)和冠心病之间的关系做一综述,从冠心病发病机制、并发症以及心肌梗死早期与睡眠呼吸障碍之间的关系分析,表明SDB是冠心病的一个危险因素并对其治疗及预后产生重大影响.
