Abstract
小柴胡汤出自《伤寒论》,为治疗邪入少阳、枢机不利而设.赵德喜教授从六经辨证角度出发,以和枢机、解郁结为法,通过经方小柴胡汤化裁拟定"柴胡方",主要治疗因少阳枢机不利导致的疾病,临床应用广泛,充分体现了异病同治的思想.本文结合3例案例证实柴胡方治疗因少阳枢机不利导致的疾病疗效显著.
