增强CT与PET/CT在诊断肺癌及其淋巴结转移中的价值

Abstract
目的 分析增强CT与PET/CT在诊断肺癌及其淋巴结转移中的价值.方法 选取2015年2月～2017年2月228例肺实性病灶患者为研究对象,分为两组,对其进行增强CT与PET/CT检查,对其诊断结果进行研究分析.结果 PET/CT在肺癌中的诊断准确率高于增强CT,联合诊断的准确率高于单独增强CT与PET/CT诊断,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 在诊断肺癌及其淋巴结转移中,PET/CT的诊断价值优于增强CT,两者联用的效果更加显著.
