Abstract
目的 对老年急性心梗患者主要照顾者负性心理反应进行调查并分析其影响因素.方法 使用照顾者反应评估量表、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)自评量表对老年急性心梗患者主要照顾者进行调查,分析其影响因素.结果 老年急性心梗患者主要照顾者焦虑抑郁水平均高于国内常模(P<0.05),照顾者反应各维度影响因素各不相同.结论 老年急性心梗患者主要照顾者有着较高的焦虑、抑郁水平,减轻主要照顾者负担,首先要减轻其焦虑、抑郁水平,同时针对其相关因素进行干预.
