临床医学血液细胞检验的质量控制探讨

Abstract
目的 探讨分析影响临床医学血液细胞检验质量的相关因素和控制措施.方法 选取2016年4月11日在我院健康体检中心体检正常的A型血液样本78例,进行血液指标检测.结果 研究结果表明,当采血量、放置温度、标本稀释比例均不相同时,血液中的各项指标均会存在明显差异(P<0.05).结论 在临床血液细胞检验中,只有控制好检验过程每一个细节,制订质控措施,才能有效控制血液细胞检验的质量.
