宁波市人感染H7N9禽流感病例流行病学及临床特征分析

Abstract
目的 了解2014年宁波市人感染H7N9禽流感的流行特征和临床特点.方法 采用流行病学个案调查与描述性分析方法.结果 2014年宁波市共确诊H7N9禽流感病例15例,死亡4例;病例发病前均有禽类暴露史;103名密切接触者均未感染;大部分病例有慢性基础性疾病.结论 老年男性人群为H7N9禽流感发病的主要人群,加强人群及外环境监测是防控H7N9工作的重点.
