Abstract
脱碘酶是含硒蛋白酶,包括一型脱碘酶(D1)、二型脱碘酶(D2)和三型脱碘酶(D3),它们在甲状腺激素代谢过程中起重要调节作用.其中D2主要在T4向T3转化、rT3向T2转化过程中起重要作用.D2泛素化过程中涉及两种泛素化连接酶:WSB1、TEB4;两种去泛素化酶:USP20、USP33.D2对下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴调节甲状腺激素的产生过程起重要作用,在甲状腺功能减退症及其治疗中有重要影响,其表达还与甲状腺髓样癌有关.D2泛素化与慢性碘过量致促甲状腺激素水平升高有关.同时,1D2基因多态性参与甲状腺激素代谢,影响甲状腺激素水平.
