Abstract
Klotho是一种抗衰老蛋白,主要在肾远曲小管表达.近年研究发现,糖尿病肾脏疾病患者早期即出现血清Klotho蛋白水平下降,肾组织内Klotho表达水平亦明显下降,且随着糖尿病肾脏疾病的进展,Klotho蛋白水平进一步降低.在链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病动物模型或体外高糖培养的细胞研究中证实,Klotho通过抗氧化应激、抑制转化生长因子-β信号通路、抑制Wnt信号通路、抗炎及抗凋亡等作用发挥抗肾脏纤维化的作用.因此,Klotho蛋白与糖尿病肾脏疾病的发生、发展密切相关.
