Abstract
雷公藤红素是从中药雷公藤的根皮中分离得到的有效成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫抑制等活性.最近研究发现,其可通过改善胰岛素抵抗,增加瘦素受体敏感性和能量消耗,抑制脂肪细胞分化,抗炎和抗氧化等机制减轻体重和改善糖、脂代谢,表明雷公藤红素在治疗代谢综合征及相关异常中具有潜在作用.
