生活方式及饮食结构的显著改变,使得高尿酸血症患病率明显增加.尿酸在体内作用相当复杂,目前的临床和基础研究结果提示,高尿酸可通过多种信号通路影响β细胞及其功能、参与胰岛素抵抗的发生,与糖代谢异常密切相关,并可独立预测2型糖尿病的发生.关注二者之间的关系将有益于临床诊治.
