ABO亚型鉴定结果分析与报告——附B(A)04亚型1例

To investigate the ABO subtype identification methods,results analysis and key control point,so as to ensure accurate identification and reporting of ABO subtype,and the safety of blood transfusion.According to antiglobulin test negative,the existence of A antigen of red blood cell in subject specimens proved by absorption elution test,gene detection and serological detection using anti-A,anti A1,anti-B,anti-AB,anti-H,A1 C,A2 C,OC,its cell at 4℃,37℃ and room temperature under etc,through the relevant tests,analyze and judge combining with serological reaction pattern,it belonged to the B(A)04 subtype.
