骨髓增殖性肿瘤免疫调节异常的研究进展

In the past decade,the development of next generation sequencing technology and the application of targeted drugs opened a new era of molecular diagnosis and precise medical of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN),a series of exciting progress has been made.The discovery of common pattern of gene expression profiling which revealing significant dysregulation of immune or inflammatory genes plays an important role in the pathogenesis of MPN and is associated with phenotype.This review focuses on the association of immune dysregulation and pathogenesis of MPN.
