Abstract
慢性粒单核细胞白血病（CMML）是一种比较少见的造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病,主要发生于老年人,中位发病年龄为65~75岁,中位生存期20个月,目前尚无特效的治疗方法。外周T细胞淋巴瘤（PTCL）相对少见,在大型国际调查中约占非霍奇金淋巴的7%,其预后不佳。慢性粒单核细胞白血病合并外周T细胞淋巴瘤很罕见,现报告如下。1病例资料患者,男,77岁,因"腹胀1个月余,纳差10d"
