Abstract
胃黏膜肠上皮化生(gastric intestinal metaplasia,GIM)是肠型胃癌的癌前病变,对其进行早期诊断和随访能够提高早期胃癌的检出率.近年来,分子影像学的理念逐渐融入到内镜的发展历程,出现了自体荧光内镜、拉曼光谱技术、双光子显微内镜以及共聚焦显微内镜等新式内镜,提高了GIM的检出率.现就内镜分子影像学诊断GIM的应用进展作一综述.
