基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法诊断缺陷乏养菌感染所致人工瓣膜心内膜炎二例

Abstract
缺陷乏养菌是感染性心内膜炎少见但重要的病原菌之一,因培养和鉴定困难,常被误诊和漏诊。现报道2例男性晚发型人工瓣膜心内膜炎患者,其中1例为血培养和瓣膜培养缺陷乏养菌均阳性,1例仅为血培养缺陷乏养菌阳性,均通过基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)鉴定为缺陷乏养菌,经治疗后好转。提示MALDI-TOF MS可帮助临床医师快速、精准地识别缺陷乏养菌感染。
