Abstract
手足口病(hand foot and mouth disease ,HFMD)传染性强 ,儿童罹患率高 ,成为危及我国儿童健康的重要传染病和公共卫生问题.由于目前尚缺乏有效的疫苗免疫 ,因此早期快速的诊断和治疗是控制 H FM D的关键.本研究回顾性分析了2009年至2016年芜湖地区7730例 H FM D患儿的流行病学特征、临床特点和治疗转归 ,为 H FM D的控制策略提供参考.
