Abstract
慢性肉芽肿病(chronic granulomatous disease,CGD)是一种罕见的原发性吞噬细胞功能缺陷病,由于吞噬细胞还原型辅酶(NADPH)Ⅱ氧化酶结构和功能的异常,导致吞噬细胞不能产生超氧化物,如过氧化氢、一氧化氮、超氧根离子等,从而失去杀伤过氧化物酶阳性细菌与真菌的能力[1].
