外周血microRNA在阿尔茨海默病诊治中的研究进展

Abstract
目前,阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)的早期诊断尚缺乏有效的方法,可靠、便捷的生物学标志物是临床研究的方向.外周血miRNA表达稳定,检测方法简单易行,可进行批量筛查,是理想的早期筛查手段.本文以血清、外周血单核细胞、全血、血浆等多种来源的miRNA作为研究对象,综述miRNA在AD诊治中的研究进展,以期为AD的诊断提供新思路.
