文献报道,检测胰腺细胞Smad4基因的表达可提高对胰腺癌的早期诊断率[1].本研究检测胰腺癌组织Smad4蛋白的表达,分析其与肿瘤病理特征及患者预后的关系.
一、资料与方法
1.临床资料:收集我科2007年2月至2009年6月行手术切除并经病理证实的胰腺导管腺癌患者22例,男性13例,平均年龄64岁,女性9例,平均年龄61岁.
