ⅡA分泌型磷脂酶A2 (secretory phospholipase A2 group ⅡA,PLA2 G2A)是磷脂酶A2(phospholipase A2,PLA2)家族中的一员,是花生四稀酸代谢的关键酶,参与体内多种生理和病理过程[1-2].近年来的研究发现,PLA2G2A与胃癌、肠癌等消化系统肿瘤的发生、侵袭、转移及预后密切相关[3-8].本研究检测胰腺癌组织PLA2G2A的表达,探讨其与胰腺癌临床病理特征以及患者预后间的相关性.
