Abstract
骨科手术后深静脉血栓(DVT)是临床上常见的危急重症,发病率呈逐年升高的趋势.术中、术后及肢体固定等制动状态引起静脉血流滞缓,静脉壁损伤和血液高凝状态,这3种因素是促使DVT形成的因素.因此,减弱上述3个因素中的任何一个,均可以降低DVT的发病率.结合我国国情,本文分析了骨科手术后深静脉血栓的国内外干预策略并作简要的综述.
