综合护理干预对肛瘘患者术后疼痛与焦虑的影响

Abstract
肛瘘属于临床肛肠外科多发疾病 ,主要通过手术治疗 ,治疗效果较好 ,但术后患者普遍存在不同程度的并发症 ,且疼痛时间较长,不利于康复 ,无形中也增加了家庭经济负担 ,给患者生理及心理均造成不良影响.因此 ,对肛瘘患者术后采取必要的护理干预显得极为迫切.笔者对肛瘘手术患者实施综合护理干预 ,取得满意效果.现就相关研究报道如下.
