Abstract
患者男,36岁.因“反复排便时肛门疼痛1个月,加重2周”于2016年5月20日就诊.入院前1个月,患者无明显诱因出现肛内坠胀疼痛,便后加剧,排便时有黏液流出,间断发作,不伴明显畏寒发热等,2周前,上诉症状加重,疼痛频繁发作,坠胀感明显,便时少量脓液流出,大便变细,伴畏寒、低热.入院查体:生命体征平稳,精神欠佳,心、肺、腹未查及异常体征.
