吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,PPH)通过对直肠黏膜及黏膜下层组织进行环形切除同时进行吻合,使脱垂的肛垫上提,恢复肛垫的正常解剖位置,同时切断供应痔核的动脉血管分支,起断流作用,主要用于治疗痔病.随着PPH在临床上广泛应用,其适用范围也不断地扩大,现将PPH用于治疗直肠疾病综述如下.
