Abstract
痔是肛肠科常见病,其发病率较高[1],手术是其主要治疗方法,约30％的痔患者术后会出现排便困难.排便困难不仅会增加患者的痛苦,还会加重创口出血、水肿,严重者还可引起内痔结扎线过早脱落,导致大出血等严重并发症.本文就近年来防治痔术后排便困难的研究进展综述如下.
