Abstract
近年来,笔者对两种肛门内括约肌侧切术治疗肛裂的优缺点进行比较,现将结果报告如下.
临床资料:100例患者中,男45例,女55例;年龄15～70岁,平均32岁;病程3个月至10年.单纯性肛裂15例,以疼痛及出血为主;合并肛乳头瘤20例;合并混合痔25例;同时合并混合痔和肛乳头瘤40例;有手术史18例.将其随机分成A组和B组,每组各50例.
