[例1]患者女,23岁,怀孕29周.因肛门肿胀疼痛8d入院,入院诊断为肛周脓肿.患者8d前因食辛辣刺激食物后出现肛门肿胀疼痛,无发热,每天排便1次,量可,质软成形,无脓液及异常分泌物,无便血,近2日未排便,因肛门疼痛导致排尿不畅,纳少,眠差.
